Buffalo Magazine is featuring a cocktail crafted at one of Buffalo's favorite bars and restaurants in each issue of 2026. Kicking us off is Mint Mojito Bar, located at 1225 Niagara St. in Buffalo.
One thing you'll always find on the menu at Mint Mojito bar? A rotating daiquiri, reworked regularly to try different flavors & highlight different rum. What never changes is the cocktail's balanced, refreshing simplicity.
Rum, citrus and sugar—it can be customized any way you wish," says Mint co-owner Allison Clancy. "This version is nice for winter months, but you can use a different citrus or flavored simple syrup to keep it seasonal. Use whatever rum you love or have on hand to make it your own."
