The best antidote to a Western New York winter that just won't quit? Hittin’ Switches.
The Hittin' Switches cocktail at Left Coast Taco in East Aurora, to be exact—it's their house spicy margarita. A perfect accompaniment to the restaurant's Baja fish taco, it's also delicious on its own.
"It's a well-balanced, spicy and slightly fruity margarita," says owner Nate Root. "It will warm you up when the wind chill is -9 like today, but it’s balanced and fruity enough to make you want another ... and another."
