Katie Gamb lives and paints in a small, cozy corner of Milwaukee, Wis. Her love of narrative and the natural world informs her art, which is influenced by the stories she immersed herself in as a shy, bookish child. She particularly enjoys studying tiny worlds that often go unnoticed, creating backstories and personalities for the creatures she comes across.
