The show, scheduled to coincide with the citywide Garden Walk self-guided tour event, continues through Aug. 31, in the gallery’s welcoming, street-level space. Garden Mystique features work by 35 local artists. The show encompasses work in all art media and three award ribbons will be handed out by juror Geoff Kelly. “Gardeners, the general public and artists love this show,” said Doreen DeBoth, Artsphere director, art teacher, and painter. DeBoth was one of the artists selected to participate in the recent “Open Gardens” event – a Garden Walk warm-up of sorts – and recently made work within the Eight Paths Garden on Baynes Avenue with fellow painter Carol Case Siracuse. Both will be among the 35 in the show. For information, visit www.artspherestudio.com.
